New ID Card Logos

Starting in January 2011, you will begin to see new ID card logos for members accessing HealthEOS networks.

The current HealthEOS ID card logos will be phased out as ID cards are reprinted at plan renewals. Please continue to accept these logos, along with the new versions, at your contracted rates.
